INSIDE SPORT PRESENTER GABBY LOGAN
Hi everyone, Gabby here.

This week - what's it like being a Premier League manager? Paul Ince took over at Blackburn at the start of the season after successful stints at Maccelsfield and MK Dons.

Many praised him for working his way up but results so far have not been going his way and Blackburn find themselves in the lower reaches of the division. So how does he cope with the stress, the pressure and the fans' expectations?

Paul was, of course, a very successful player with Manchester United, Inter Milan, and England - does he draw lessons from his time on the pitch to use in his managerial career?

Also on the show, Matt Pinsent looks at the new blood-boosting drug Cera and visits the French anti-doping boss who has developed a test for it.

The test is currently being applied to all samples from athletes who competed at the Beijing Olympics. The results are out in a few weeks' time but how many will test positive?

All that and the action from Liverpool versus West Ham (two of Paul Ince's former clubs by the way), so join me for Inside Sport at 2305 GMT on BBC One.

Gabby Logan presents Inside Sport on BBC One, Monday nights.

Gabby was talking to Amanda Farnsworth.
