INSIDE SPORT PRESENTER GABBY LOGAN
Hello everyone, Gabby here.

It's a cracking show this week and on at the slightly earlier time of 2305 GMT. First up, we bring together two English rugby union greats.

They used to be team-mates but now one of them is the new England manager. Lawrence Dallaglio talks to Martin Johnson about leadership, his young players and how Jonno was always the last person out of bed before a match!

And I've been down to Cobham to meet Chelsea and Ghana midfielder, Michael Essien. This is Michael's first interview since a bad knee injury ruled him out for months. He is going through rehabilitation at the moment but who does he think is the biggest threat to Chelsea's hopes of regaining the Premier League Title?

All that and a look at how Delhi is - or isn't - getting ready for hosting the next Commonwealth Games.

Join me for Inside Sport, 2305 GMT, tonight, BBC One.
