Richard Watson will be here with his assessment of whether Britain is facing a new kind of terror threat. Eleven of the arrested men are Pakistani nationals. We hope to be speaking to the Pakistani High Commissioner to the UK live from Islamabad. Also, a film from Kosovo and Albania that raises new allegations of kidnap and torture of Serb civilians by the Kosovo Liberation Army after the war over Kosovo ended, nearly a decade ago.
