We are located in Fort Worth, Texas and service customers all over the United States and Canada. We offer several different types of screenprinting as well as other garment and textile decorating techniques. We utilize water based ink printing, discharge ink printing, plastisol printing, dye sublimation printing, heat press vinyl application, foil application for garments and textiles, and rhinestone setting.

Minimum Quantity and Turnaround Time

Our minimum order is 12 pieces. Although we recommend at least 24 pieces for cost effeciency.

We will normally be able to produce your order in 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed and a 50% deposit is collected. Art mockups for your job must be approved with a signature or via email before screenprinting production begins on your order. If production our line is extremely busy turnaround time may be longer and we will inform you of this when you order. Certain orders over 2000 pieces may add to our typical order production time. We may need to apply rush charges if you need your order to be produced in less than 5 business days. If production allows we can sometimes produce orders for our customers in 1 day if needed.  Please be sure to ask us about production time for your order if you have a deadline that you are trying to meet. We will work with you to make sure you get your product when needed. We always recommend pre-planing and placing your order as far in advance as possible.

Pricing

We price our printing and decoration services very competitive. It is not our practice to undercut or offer to beat our competitors' pricing. It is our goal to give you high quality printing and outstanding customer service. We don't find that we lose many jobs do to pricing, but we have found that when we give our customers high quality printing and first class customer service they always come back to see us. We make you look great and we make it easy.

Garment Brand and Suppliers That We Use

We use a wide variety of manufacturers such as Anvil, Gildan, Hanes, American Apparel, Bella, Jerzees, Canvas, Royal Apparel, Fruit of the Loom, Alternative Apparel, Next Level Apparel, Rabbit Skins, Champion, Wilson, Russell, Dickies, Izod, and many others. We can supply you with most any brand that you might want. SCREEN PRINTING We will screen print up to 6 colors per location on a number of fabrics including cotton jersey, cotton-poly blends, organic cotton, canvas twill, fleece and more. We can modify and custom mix the ink to give you the characteristics, the look and feel that you desire. Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil forcing or "pumping" ink through the open areas onto the fabric.    DISCHARGE PRINTING Discharge printing is a type of screen printing that uses a "discharge ink". Discharge inks only work on cotton or other natural materials and it is best suited for dark colored fabrics. The discharge inks basically "bleach" out the existing fabric color and replace it with a new ink color. Discharge printing has been around for decades, but has become very popular in recent years. The benefits of discharge printing are a very soft feel and color that won't crack or peel with extended use. Discharge printing is a great way to print and can be used for a number of different applications.  FOIL APPLICATION  We screen print your design with a special adhesive and then apply a thin foil to those areas. This gives you a very shiny metallic print in silver, gold, copper or various other metallic colors. Foil printing can be combined with screenprinting and rhinestone application to give you some very attractive results. SUBLIMATION PRINTING Sublimation printing is used on 100% polyester or polyester blended fabrics. It can also be used on a number of other materials like tile, plaques, glass, ceramic, plastic and much more. Sublimation printing use a special ink that  when heated adheres to the "host" material and gives you extremely high quality detail. Sublimation printing can be used to give you precise high quality replication of photos or other high defenition graphics. Sublimation also has a very sofr feel and amazing detail wehn used on garments. We can print any number of colors with sublimation printing RHINESTONE APPLICATION We have top of the line equipment for quickly and accurately placing rhinestones on almost anything you can think of. If you want "bling" then Sold Out Merch has you covered. We apply rhinestones in combination with any of our printing methods to give you outstanding looks that really catch the eye.
